Has anyone ever come across the following CCTV DVR?

 

KARE 8 Channel 1080N AHD DVR (model number D3048HH)

 

Trying to find literature for this. All i can see is one selling on ebay.

Google says, might be rebadged sansco DVR , have a search

I spotted that too but passwords/resetting didn't work on the machine i have been looking at. I have asked the customer if they can find any literature, failing that the exact machine replacement is fairly cheap. Thanks for your help though.

surely you'd spec your own kit ?

You'd be amazed (or not perhaps) the amount of people asking for advice on kit their customers have specced.

I got asked to go fix a swann CCTV system today , told them forget it , they insisted , so I said ok I put my own camera and pay on it how's £250 sound 

 

Phone is quiet that's how it's sounds , all DIY rubbish you shouldn't bother with 

OP - Sooner or later the sub is going to ring to play back or export footage

 

chance are you'll having forgotten who the tat works,even if they pay you attend site & do it you'll still have to faff....

 

rip it out & use your kit
