Do we have users on TSI ?

Most of the cloud based offerings that replace AM have trackers of some sort or another, I havent bothered so far with trackers, but I reckon it could solve my OT claim problems

I've recently moved across, there's a mixture of positives & negatives about the product.

 

However I've when I've worked out how it works properly I give a proper opinion. 

So I'm still enduring Tracker Pro

 

In former glorious days of Alarm Master doing something like a spec, would mean all the latest live data was used.

 

So if you had an RX40 on the spec & you then realised you'd entered the item as  "XR40 with 115m range"

 

Once the details with in the part database where corrected every time you'd mail merge any spec whether it was 1 day old or created 10 years ago

 

RX40 & 12m was in the wording

 

In this brave new & some what painful world of Tracker Pro it appears the info at point of insertion remains & any revision have updated by removing & reinserting items...

 

 

 

You will have to start a new way of thinking.

I feel you pain, we are about to go live with our new DB. The design was closely based on AM with a wish list. We accept that we’re just going to have to do things a different way.

I get some training or more likely a walk around on Monday. Data is constantly updating although I’m told there is already a bug being worked on, something to do with versions of word. 

PDA software is different but it does the same thing. I suppose it’s like Android v Apple.

I feel like I'm investing time in something which is going to be replaced 

I can't even make a recommend. I'm hands on with Cash 4another and that's not going smoothly (it's not for us). Ours is too new to have any opinion.

I think your probably right about investment of time.
