ADE optima compact not accepting entry exit time

Hi anyone come across a ADE optima compact not letting you change entry or exit time. panel eng code is still at factory setting so can gain access to the programming and select the relevant code and enter new time and it goes through like its accepted but on test it still 30sec plus  

You might have to change the setting mode to timed

    As above but if that doesnt work try 03 instead of 30 

    As Peter says, if you wanted to set the time as for example 30 seconds then you need to enter 03 as the time you set is multiplied by 10.

    The times allowed on both entry / exit are: 00 or 5 seconds to 99 or 990 seconds.
