Seriously, there have been plumbers fined for old radiators in there vans without a license.

If deemed scrap on site you need a waste license to remove.

Yes mate my Uncle has a license but next week hes giving that job up to work with street lighting

You carry as many rads as you want if you were to say they are for Refurbs
