Dave - Ive been asking the card co to do that for a while i.e.meet me at site - no joy.

For the money the shopkeeper makes on the top-up machine anyway - I think hes going to get rid as the customer service/backup/help is poo anyway :(

Ok then, if the sub has been a good one and put lots of work your way, get him to tell the swipe card co that you are billing him anyway, and if it continues he will start sending them the bills as it's their mistake unless they agree to meet you onsite to resolve it..

dunno siemens maybe? - im seing punter again tonight (my local shop too :) ) i'll have a look.

Dave - I honestly never thought of a re-boot, I do to panels obviously, but not a card machine, I will try it though :)
