Sorry guys to be a pain in the butt, but what does En mean on the keypad display and can it be got rid of? I'm assuming it's engineer mode or something like that?

Try pressing the 0  button, before you do do you know the user code?

0 is the escape button it will take you out of engineering you may need to press it twice
