Can you tell me if this panel accepts a speech dialler

A speech dialer will work on any panel.

Yes it does, Connect it to the PGM output and configure it as required

 

All panels will accept a speech dialler, connect to either the +ve or -Ve output,

Make sure you choose the correct polatity on the on the dialler, usually by a jumper or within the programming

Is it just triggered from the sounder

The dialler takes an input from whatever device you choose to connect it to-one just has to have a little common sense.

Most diallers factory set to negative trigger so connecting to your bell trigger will also work if you don't know how to programme the pgm output (unless it's the same on this panel)
