July 14, 201510 yr comment_424126 Ricochet mesh is 2 way, that's the whole point of the technology to give you the performance. Its not 1 way where you can spit further Link to comment https://www.thesecurityinstaller.co.uk/community/topic/38702-texecom-ricochet-systems/page/2/#findComment-424126 Share on other sites Share on LinkedIn Share on X Share on Facebook {lang="reddit_text" Share via email Share on Pinterest
 July 14, 201510 yr comment_424140 So that system I fitted glitched whilst on site the other day Got an 88 with 1 wired expander and a 32 ricochet expander address 2. When exiting engineer it lost the two virtual expanders, 3&4 iirc, Had to reprog the lot as another eng by accident pressed (yes) to confirm Edited July 14, 201510 yr by 9651 Link to comment https://www.thesecurityinstaller.co.uk/community/topic/38702-texecom-ricochet-systems/page/2/#findComment-424140 Share on other sites Share on LinkedIn Share on X Share on Facebook {lang="reddit_text" Share via email Share on Pinterest
 July 14, 201510 yr comment_424141 Afraid not PSE, I'm just reiterating what is in the posts viz; Install a two way system that works.. I can say however, that I have the full set of commissioning instructions available (haven't needed them so far though). Is there anything in there which is bordering on 'dubious' that I need to know about ? Once configured and commissioned correctly, in my opinion it's the best wireless there is on market Link to comment https://www.thesecurityinstaller.co.uk/community/topic/38702-texecom-ricochet-systems/page/2/#findComment-424151 Share on other sites Share on LinkedIn Share on X Share on Facebook {lang="reddit_text" Share via email Share on Pinterest
 July 14, 201510 yr comment_424165 That's filed under 'got to' then. What about price comparisons, I don't need figures obviously but is it on a par with other wireless systems. I have another question to ask but maybe this isn't the right place. Bit strange as the physically adress 2 was still there? July 14, 201510 yr comment_424200 I got to agree out of the wireless systems i have installed i would never go away from the ricochet, i have one in a castle with around 30 wireless devices and tbh apart from odd teathing problems its been great and worked really well, its been in around 3 years now, only calls we get is battery replacements Link to comment https://www.thesecurityinstaller.co.uk/community/topic/38702-texecom-ricochet-systems/page/2/#findComment-424200 Share on other sites Share on LinkedIn Share on X Share on Facebook {lang="reddit_text" Share via email Share on Pinterest
