May 17, 201511 yr comment_418377 Hi All, Was just wondering if anyone knew the legalities relating to sending post to someone who is having work done that I know because of looking at the local planning permission on councils website. My old boss used to send very brief casual letters to people having work done. I just wanted to know whether this is allowed or would it be classed as illegal? Just looking for new ways to generate business.
