111.2.5 Reimbursement of expenses

 

a) Only one mod shall carry the Makro card at any time, as it has been broken before by not following this rule.

b) Mods shall use their own payment means for immediate settlement of monthly statements.

c) In the event that Makro is closed due to a bomb scare, threats against life from Ox, or a smelly toilet, Iceland shall be used.

d) On an annual cycle, all payments made + 50% will be automatically be recovered via al-yeti's credit card.
