and yes they may sell 8 core but why use 8 when you only need 6?, and you only use 2 x 4 cores if you dont have a 6 core to hand!

do any of you guys know how to carry out a load assessment on a whole building and why it's important, or what phase rotation is?, or what the skin effect on a cable is?, or why it is important to balance phases on a distribution board?
