My daughter has just moved into a flat with one of these alarms.

We have been unable to get the code however by using various forums I have managed to reset it.

The problem now is that I can't get the alarm to set. The warning tones simply don't start. Is there something I have forgot to do?

Picture of the keypad would be helpful unless you know the make and model of the alarm?

 

How did you manage to reset the alarm without the correct code?

I'm guessing reset as in defaulted

. Is there something I have forgot to do?

What like:

1.Tell us what the panel is

2.Tell us what you did to get where you are now

3. Tell us exactly what happens when you put the code in

4. Tell us what the keypad is saying or what lights are on
