Onlyme
Hi I need to replace the IR illuminator board on a Concept Pro 3026. It has two pole two pin plug fixings on the back. One says Power and the other says CDS I can find a 42 led ir illuminator board on the internet but not one with the TWO connections. Do you know where I can source one? Videcon aren't interested in helping me now that I am retired from the IT world

Onlyme
Hi Thanks for the quick reply. I have called them and emailed them but they are not interested in helping someone who is retired and no longer in the trade
norman
Sorry, I missed that you had already called them. I'm surprised they won't help as they are normally very good. What's the fault with it? Could you look to repair? Quote Nothing is foolproof to a sufficiently talented fool.
Alarm Protection
If no help you could buy a seperate IR and install under camera? Quote !
Onlyme
I bought some ir leds from Farnell but they turned out to be slightly bigger so "still at first base" Does anyone know which company makes these 3026 cameras. I presume the company will be in China.
PeterJames
Give Videcon a call LOL! If no help you could buy a seperate IR and install under camera? I think thats the easiest solution either that or a new camera and use the old one indoors
cybergibbons
The CDS connection goes to the little light sensor down at the bottom. How do you know that the fault is with the illuminator board and not the driver?
