Hi, having set my alarm before going off on holiday I returned a week later to find the alarm did not go off as I entered my house. The alarm seems to have stuck showing a time ( 15.17 ) and I cannot reset the alarm in any way - nothing I do on the pad can change what is showing on the pad. The power on light is of and showing green on the pad.

Any ideas what the problem could be ?
