It is a feature I've not seen on another panel. You can program on a ATS classic freetext based on a zone going open or closed which you can do in software to get it to display an unusual message. Been quite handy in the past :)

Im a bit of an intruder dinosaur but I was under the impression keypads were not supposed to be able to display a set or unset indication for fairly obvious reasons

I would just like to know when the system is set or unset anyway led's like the 9800 or the lcd screen to say if it is set or unset

9800 is from 4737 days so level 2 user is irrelevant as 50131 doesn't apply.

Yup but it was an option on the 9800. Don't know about BS but guessing an option for non-approved installs like so many features even today?
