Tested with the version of software i sent to Matt, and it all works fine, still no idea why his is not working. I cannot test at home, but Tech Support can and did test through to WW direct, tested on all panels as well, not just the 12

Yep send it to the Tech suport guys, or just give them a call, they will get it working.
