November 5, 201312 yr Author comment_353111 Anyone fitted one? Interested to see how they are holding up. We haven't done any wireless intruder with URN so interested to hear of those who have braved it! November 5, 201312 yr comment_353115 We've done a Texecom Ricochet system with Webway and URN, been in a couple of months without problems but cannot comment on the Ricochet wireless PA because still not available Any comments / opinions posted are my opinion only and do not represent those of my employer or Company Link to comment https://www.thesecurityinstaller.co.uk/community/topic/35584-policed-wireless-ia-system/#findComment-353115 Share on other sites Share on LinkedIn Share on X Share on Facebook {lang="reddit_text" Share via email Share on Pinterest
 November 5, 201312 yr comment_353116 Got a fair bit out there, most of it's hybrid but all devices wireless. Moved to 100% wireless for most domestics. Put about 15-20 enforcers in, 2 with URNs from memory, moving away from them though I think. I think we have about 5 Texe ricochet with URN's, maybe more tbh. We did our first few wireless with URN in 2008 when we started. November 5, 201312 yr comment_353118 We have used HKC with URN, no issues so far. Why the fear of wireless and URN? November 5, 201312 yr comment_353121 how come?We only ever used them because they were cheap and worked. I don't like pyronix, I don't like the keypad onboard the panel, I don't like all the different batteries, I don't like PSTN digi prefer IP built in, I don't like how all the idiots use them, I don't like using a different bell. Thats just off the top of my head. Why the fear of wireless and URN?That's what I was thinking, I wouldn't use it at all if I didn't trust it.
