As I told some plank earlier who wanted us to give him 120k for a company that turnsover 95k, it's worth what someone is prepared to pay for it.

yep and I feel that any decent co down here will overvalue themselves, and the other nationals may well have history they regret with aquisitions down these parts (am just guessing maybe they didn't do so well down here as they do in other parts of the country, due to the remoteness of us, and the almost unique mentality of the cornish wanting a cornish alarm company).
