Not so sure about that NSI screen all the directors and the decision to let them have approval would be down to NSI. I had to supply alsorts of information along with a sample of my stool to get approval

emotive and truly tragic circumstances,

good prior and since records i'd hope compassion and sense plays its part in any decisions.

no, not directed at Peter, or anyone specific.

but i hope the o/p will read it and gets some comfort from knowing of some compassionate understanding. not being one to throw my fists normally, if that happened who can say what any one else would do?
