Are you using FULL set program or Part set, as some functions change when Part Set is selected.

it happens on both full and part

ive tried resetting everything

Its got to be either a panel fault or human error this one - and its more likely to be human error.

Check each device is wired to the correct zone by blanking off PIRs andwalk tested them one at a time.

If not that the clear NVM and re-prog.

each zone is correctly wired cuz ive tried the walk test

zone 1,2 and 3 are set to entrey/exit and all others guard.

zone 1 - door contact

zone 2 - lounge

zone 3 - lounge

zone 4 - kitchen

zone 5 - garden door

zone 6 - bedroom 1

zone 7 - bedroom 2

it did the same when the alarm was reset to factory settings

could it be wiring fault??

Id also check the door contact is actually working too.

What zone is displayed when the alarm activates?

When you enter and the alarm goes off in full alarm, you silence it with your code, what zone light is flashing?

zone 1 is lit as well but not flashing
