right, both versions of the panel have the same programming commands for the changes we've made.

only thing i can suggest is you change the part set zone types to match the full set ones and try again.

to do this

go into engineers and type 216 prog, 222 prog then 232 prog the panel will "chime" to confirm the changes

reset twice to exit.

code then part.

go outside via door, let system set.

open door enough to trigger timer and exit entry tone see if system trips then when you attenpt to disarm it.

if it still plays up after this, the next step is swapping zones as service engineer suggested earlier...

i part set the system and went outside

wen it set i came nside and the entry exit delay started, the sensor picked me up and the delay carried on

does that help??

so you were able to successfully disarm it without it going into full alarm, correct?

what do u mean full alarm???

if u mean without the siren going off, then yes

great stuff, that would suggest that the panel is not accepting the programming change made to zones 2 and 3.

right, what we'll do is verify a few other things, firstly what version of the panel you have and secondly that the panel is correctly accepting the command entered.
