just full set it and let it set, opened the door and walked in ad it was ok. the delay timer and chime was present

do i need inhibited entry on part set (which s for downstairs only when im sleeping)

i have a keypad upstairs as well

no, you can turn that off if you wish by option 22 then any zones that are lit are inhibited entry on part set, currently zones 2 and 3 should light turn these off by pressing 2 and 3 respectively the zone lights should extinguish then press prog to save...
