Hi,

Got a major issue with a kantech system we have put in.

We have 23 controllers on the system and all was working fine until kt300's started to drop off the system randomly, it can be anywhere along the line!

Orginally we didnt have ground linking the panels which we put on thinking it would give us a healthy network but it didnt.

It is connected via USB.

Can anyone help me on this as im at my wits end with it.

right ok will do, could this throw conrollers off? anyone any experince of this? Thanks

power problems/mains fails etc can make them drop out,check psu loads..

All the units are powered, we have earthed the terminal to the box

Linked via USB`s.

Earth faults will travel.

Its connected via a rs485 unit to USB, could this be the prob? tried everything today!
