It really is sickening. people who live like that obviously have some kind of mental illness, they need help. No one in their right mind would expect anyone to install an alarm to a house in that state. It used to amaze me how this was allowed to happen, but with today's un-neighbourly and uncaring society, it is becoming more and more common. Although I think they need help, I still wouldn't have bone inside! Were these jobs spec'd by someone?! If you don't know......ask.
