do yourself a favour and keep it that way..

:roflmao: Am I the only person in the world that loves ATS?

Their technical support line isn't much help either.

No way of testing outputs ( as far as I know )

Would like to rip them all out and fit galaxy's if I had the chance

I know their tech support can be hard work. You can test outputs from it but it is a nightmare of a panel to use via the RAS. All our engineers call up the CS who do their programming and testing for them.

Getting subbys is a nightmare. It usually goes perfectly smooth until they ask the dreaded question. What panels do you use? Mention the work Aritech and the hang up tone usually follows.

One of our great subbys in Berkshire threw the towel in when we changed away from Galaxy but promised to honour the jobs he had commited to. 9 months on he is still using ATS and now complains when he has to do the odd Galaxy. Can't win!

To be fair to them, I can't fault UTC's support, they have been brilliant but I have seen the other side to them where if you are just taking over an ATS or don't by megabucks of their product then they are not interested in helping.
