or could it in fact be that the EAS spec which probably clearly pointed out that it was the clients responsibility to provide blah blah wasn't listened to properly and the installers ended up with a a plug in the wrong place? they've done what they can to meet their end of the deal..

Love to think that but they had all the kit in the van they were working out of, plus loads of cheap entry systems and cheapo digital locks (£30.00 variety).

Everythign else has high level MK metal clad in conduit.

Err, well no, they haven't really..

No bolts, duck tape, loose flex. All in an open public area - H&S alone they should have refused to carry on if the relevant services were not in place.

As for just sticking it on a plug top.....

I assumed the rails were there to tether their horse to.

That won`t really do a lot as it is directional.
