The tenant was a pro footballer, and his alarm was going off. I arrived to see he'd kicked the keypad to pieces! When I asked why, he just said he could't be doing with the noise. I silenced it properly. "are you gonna fix it then?" "what do you want me to do with that now you've smashed it to pieces?" "dunno!" "you have no alarm mate, goodbye!"
