Has anyone heard of Bitron Video for vandal resistant door entry? Heard its about a third cheaper than other premium brands especially on the video entry side.

Yes ive used it. Havnt had any major issues but still prefer to use bpt

Bitron is an ok well known brand been around for years, I wouldnt of labelled it the cheapest there is loads of stuff cheaper if you look hard enough............. if cheap is what floats your boat

I had to speak to them on phone the other week, bint who anwsers is very much service with a snarl, phone system has no music on hold so I sit there wondering whats happening, only to speak to sales & tech who where very nice but a little dim...

Picked the phone & spoke to Norbain & they sorted out something different w/o hassle
