james.wilson
If your using double pole then it should be a simple case of wiring the n/c connections from the pir to the zone input on the panel. Have you got the install manual for that panel? securitywarehouse Security Supplies from Security Warehouse Trade Members please contact us for your TSI vetted trade discount. arfur mo
not sure on this panel, but many panels come pre configured to a basic format, i.e. often Zone 1 (or Zone 5?) will generally be programmed as 'Final Exit/Entry so this is used for the front door contact, and Zone 2 is often programmed as 'ACCESS': and used for the Hall Pir, as you my have to pass through it en route to the keypad. Guest Oxo
what external sounder is it,as in manufacturer and model? The manual clearly shows how to wire the ccts. Use double pole not FSL. The tamper if your not using it has to be linked out. that is above the circuit terminals. The panel comes pre programmed so. Sounder + and - got to the + and - on the panel there are two sets of them use one set for the pir one for the sounder. Then TR- is the tamper from the sounder. OP1 is the bell trigger OP2 is the strobe. Try that.
