I used to use the C-TEC one, comes as a kit.

C-Tec

Ventcroft do one as well

ive used th c-tec one a fair few times, straightforward and easy to install, cant go wrong with that

I was going to say City Electrical Factors do them as a kit but its a bit far to come from Slovakia, SAS also do them I think they have a web site, Specialist Alarm Systems.
