Does anybody have any knowledge on this particular DVR Panasonic WJ HD 316 or know anywere i can get tech support on the system.

I have trialed them, but never installed.

Just an obvious one, have you tried panasonic or where you got it from?

is this the tiny 4 chanel dvr about 7 inches wide and 12 inches long ,,?

if so i have fitted one .

have installed quite a few of these what problems are you having might have a pdf somewhere if you need it

Fitted loads of these a couple of years ago. One of the best high end DVR's around, just too expensive.

Panasonic have thier own CCTV tech support dept. Just phone a panasonic customer support no. and they should give you the correct direct line no. you need.

DVR was not installed by me and there is no manual, client cannot remember who he bought it off.

Showing fault light and error, even after pressing alarm reset, Also cannot burn off a cd.

Any chance you could PM me a link or telephone number for panasonic support.
