One of the best high end DVR's around, just too expensive. Panasonic have thier own CCTV tech support dept. Hi DVR was not installed by me and there is no manual, client cannot remember who he bought it off. Showing fault light and error, even after pressing alarm reset, Also cannot burn off a cd.
