no intentional point scoring from me - or Angus (i thought),

will have to check that menu option again - then it ight be 'war'

joking apart, completely silent entry i'm not so sure about, having lived through the early era of entry timers = to many false alarms due to key holder distractions, reduced sound would need to be careful if the speaker is in a cupboard or masked by a door, perhaps a 5 second interval 'pip' would be better?

G2 grading - well trouble is as i see it, a lot of commercial systems are in shared premises with dwellings, like rented flats over shops, so barring silent setting would impact on that scenario.
