well to be honest the system cost over

Someone told me I was ignorant and apathetic, I don't know what that means, nor do I care.

well to be honest the system cost over

Growing old is mandatory, growing up is optional

I know this because I new why it had gone into tamper mode as I had been adjusting PIRs that were causing false alarms.

I think there is something you are not telling us, if you paid 20K for an alarm which is giving you false alarms then why not get a proper alarm company in to sort out the problems, probably would have worked out cheaper in the long run.

Kev

20k for a system and you don't want to spend a little to get it sorted. says it all.

I just did some sums on my alarm vs my cars and the relative values quoted here.

If true, this appears to be the equivalent of trying to service a Bugatti Veyron yourself using a Haynes manual.......

Get an engineer out and pay the price

even though we maybe agree with your post we cant have that sort of comment in the public forum

This post is madness, what on earth gives you the right to Initials engineer code? It's instant dismissal if an engineer were to give it to you. If you paid 20k for a system, what on earth are you doing maintaining/cocking it up yourself? Get a professional in,thats why you paid all that money in the first place!
