Hi Andrew and hello,

any forum's value is the sum of it's resources and information, so a very warm welcome to you. it can get a bit fiery in here at times, but thats because all of us are always right, and the 'nobody is better than me' ethos that prevails, we are very passionate about what we do.

that makes the 'bun fights' real good fun

Hi Andrew, I'm new here myself but I've been installing alarms and access control for 20 years. Got a very basic single phone 5 wire Terraneo entryphone that's lacking communication skills at the moment, the customer can hear the caller speak but the caller can't hear her. It's been working fine for a couple of years, tried another phone, no joy, so I assume it's the amp/speaker in the external unit. I'd like to avoid buying a whole new kit if I can but can't find Terraneo themselves (bought the original from Gardiner Security). Any ideas??

cheers, Richard (Hodgheg)
