November 23, 200520 yr comment_76144 Hi Your panel can be defaulted , and reprogrammed to give you a new code.If it hasnt been serviced for a while it may be best to get a local engineer to service and default it for you , its not too expensive. Regards BTW are any of the buttons worn or dirty , it could give you a clue.
