What I meant is like most people in life and bussiness, people like to deal with people and not companys. the person I was dealing with left and so did I.

The strange thing is I have found this to be very true as I,m leaving my current employer and starting up on my own. most of the customers I have been dealing with for the last year or more have desided to leave with me.

Never had a problem with CQR equipment, but had to bocot and not but any of their products due to they was given support on pricing to the alarm bandits near us, white box, company name also a bird.

And that was when cequras came out, never bought CQR since.
