I mean, when someone cant even be bothered to answer a request for a few brochures to someone thinking of choosing your bellboxes for all their installations, thats a bit worrying!!! Ok, most companies have poor after sales service and slick marketing, but this is just silly! My electrical contractor uses them too and hes pleased - thanks for backing that up though. Stu.
