Guest dcaer
Gents, I have an accord xpc panel installed by a large company and following a upgrade to asdl the keypab shows a flashing telephone symbol (Comm failure) So as company said I needed to install a filter I purchase a Excelsus Z-A431EU alarm panel filter for ASDL. Installed as per instructions , following a visit from engineer from large company symbol still showing . Alarm activated OK but did not restore. During night phone bill shows 10 calls to alarm center all answered. Question is there a fault with panel modem or is handshake from alarm center the problem with panel. Nova-Security
Digi not getting the handshake due to ASDL carrier signal, you need to check the filter sounds like it could be installed wrong. www.nova-security.co.uk www.nsiapproved.co.uk No PMs please unless i know you or you are using this board with your proper name. norman
The filter is installed inside the Xpc isn't it? Nothing is foolproof to a sufficiently talented fool.
