I have a G8 system that is legally mine. woo hoooo. I here you say... anyway I have this issue with the entry / exit, iv'e changed my exit route but cannot get it to work, When I enter the new route now zone 7 it instantly alarm's. I have changed the zone setting to Entry / exit but to no avail. Can anyone shed ant light on why the system just go's in to alarm state.

I have the engineers code therefore any help is greatly appreciated,

Regards

Neil

Hi, Yes zone 7 is the correct zone, I have tested this by using the chime, and zone test too. Is it anything to do with the output's ???

It needs to be prog'd entry (6) not exit/entry (2).

Nothing is foolproof to a sufficiently talented fool.

As stated above:

Entry = Entry/Exit

Entry/Exit = Access

Stupid ehhh...?

It could be the final door (1) hes coming though first then the next detector would be exit (2)

Just read it agin his has changed his entry route so it probally requires fianl door and entry route changing aswell as other zones which are on route to the keypad.
