Head office? You're having a laugh, they never have anything either. I've been to the main head office for a bell box cage a while ago, sat there like a right lemon for ages, when they appeared it was the wrong bloody shape.

I went to the head office (only because it happened to also be the local branch) of a large electrical wholesaler on Monday. I wanted a box of cable clips, 1.0mm Twin + Earth. Did they have any in stock at head office? Nope.

'Sorry mate, we don't get much call for them' came the sarcastic excuse!
