morph
£60 is not expensive for getting an engineer to attend on a Sunday. There may be more wrong than simply needing a reset code. ian.cant
Only the installer will know the reset code. Your gonna have to bite the bullet and pay the man. Anyway whats £60 compared to losing the lot if the alarm isnt working properly. After all thats why he had it fitted isnt it? norman
If it just requires a reset after tamper (engineer reset no enabled) you may have not reseated the tamper spring correctly, I would re check, enter the user code and press reset, otherwise as above. Nothing is foolproof to a sufficiently talented fool. Guest Pedro Azevedo
The board PC009-4 have 4 jumpers in the right side. May be there is a way to reset the board and restore it to the default features. Deltaseven
I heard leaving it in your freezer overnight works Or passing it through an airport x-ray machine.
