Thanks James. Connected per your recommendation and nothing happening. Closing the tamper switch has no effect. Battery is connected and at 6.34 V. Any thoughts?

So 12v connected to Bell + and hold off?

Here’s the solution. Make sure the battery is disconnected. Disconnect the tamper switch and bridge it out. LEDs alternating back and forth.
