It seems the user code has changed then. You will need a valid user code to access the system. I doubt this is a big as such unless it's pre release hardware.

Do you have other user codes fobs etc?

sorry can't provide other people's copyrighted software,

I'd assume the average alarm installer would try the default codes on anything which fails to unset with the known code.

If that did not work attempt to fully default the controls...

I have used the user code too, I believe it beeps when I attempt is disarm, almost as if it doesn't accept the code anymore. However, I know the code is correct... Is it possible this is related to the crash somehow? It's all rather strange to be honest

You don't have engineer access and can't default it , so your stuck really , buy new panel

I'm thinking that I will once again attempt to connect to the router and then configure the 'Control Plus' app. This may provide further diagnostics and help identify any issues.

I have Engineer access, plus an additional User account. The user account used to (and still should) disarm the system...

If you can't turn if off with the keypad, your wasting your time with wifi

Personally I'd remove the wifi card until you can control the alarm with the keypad

This is what id focus on vs being a bug.

Get some log entries look at actual facts etc

Ive tested Orisec Detectors at length (granted not panels) and not found serious issues.

Trus the hardware to start with, get yourself an audit trail and log and it may wall be obvious. It Usually is. No manufacturer is daft enough in the professional security world to release unstable code. They would be removed from the market in that heartbeat.
