Assuming the relay is triggered on alarm the no can stay in the bell trigger , but the c (common needs to connect to negative or minus or -ve ) that way when the alarm triggers it will connect the bell trigger to the negative it requires to ring it

 

 

 

 

Strobe I am not sure , the other outputs are programmable perhaps and you need to look at menus what they can do

Opto relay is electrically isolated can't see the point on board tho unless it's known the board has shit loads of noise on it

Hi thanks sorry for getting back late the bell is working now but I can't get the strobe to work when I do a test between the negative and strobe it works but it doesn't work when alarm is ringing I got it in ou2 and program it in outputs but still nojoy
