I'm hoping someone can advise where to get one if possible

However, I am sure your favourite search engine of choice will provide.

I've probably still got a paper manual

Its 30+ years old, pre internet pre pdf,

The last one I saw I replaced with a 6/14r

Honestly why bother?

Antique collector? They were not the best panel when they were new, I am surprised that there is still one out there
