Gardtec 800 - Lock Out - Phone Engineer

Featured Replies

Hi all,

I have a very old Gardtec 800 panel. We recently had some issues with the electricity going on and off and it did something weird to the panel. It now won't allow me to arm it.

The display says "Lock Out", "Phone engineer" and gives me an "Use Anti code 0000".

I have the Engineers code and can enter that mode, but how do I clear/enter/reset the anti code?

Thanks,

J.

You can't clear it , disable it by entering engineer mode

Perhaps reboot as it shouldn't be full lockout , unless I am wrong ,vyou need anticode software

Call "retro alarms" & they'll send a man in an astra max todo the job.....

you can still pay with access, "your flexible friend"
