SmartElectrics
Hi All, it's been many years since I used the wealth of this forum "back in the day when Dave was hosting". Any way I wondered if any of you have installed a CSL mini on a Texecom Prem 24. We are having a few issues regards signals being sent to the ARC. SmartElectrics
Yep that's the bad boy! signals are being sent via the com2400. Signals being sent ok through CSL and can be seen but no signals appearing against the account at the ARC!
MrHappy
I'd guess the ARC have the wrong a/c in their system ? Ask csl to confirm all the details & email the arc to ensure ? Quote Mr Veritas God
james.wilson
sounds like a routing issue between csl and the arc, incorrect account number in panel? sixwheeledbeast
Been a while and only played with one but don't you use the last 4 digits of the account number on the panel with dial capture? It may well be just something not setup on CSL end tho
