Guys,

I am having problems with my alarm. Whenever I switch the mains power on it alarms. I enter the code (I'm not even sure it's the correct code because it has never worked) and it does nothing.

I have tried pressing the RST pins with a screwdriver blade but nothing happened.

I don't know what to do, can someone advise me please?

Cheers

Leave the mains power off?

If you have no evidence that it ever worked there could be anything wrong with it or the rest of the installation.

Could you attach a picture of the panel wiring     the best option is to have a professional alarm company look at the system and default the codes

If the unit will not default either the PCB is shot or the buttons are shot
