  1. 1. So, out of the cars below, which one do you think got scrapped FIRST (bearing in mind we all know it was the MG Metro Trubo, but we don't have a plate so can't prove it)

    • White XR2
      3
    • Red Jetta (isn't it? - need glasses probably)
      0
    • Black (or 'Brown' according to DVLA - what a respray regret that would have been) er, Escort XR3 / 3i?
      0
    • Mk1 Astra GTE
      2
    • Reddish Capri??? I'm probably not the best person to be doing this...
      1
    • Non-XR2 Fiesta
      1
    • Black XR3i

I read that as Onion 1.6i Ghia, but I bet its a Sierra Chasseur

You can't get more 80s a name on an 80s car than that except if it had 'Jason and Kylie Special Edition' at the end and a giant Roland Rat decal on the bonnet.

But enough of Yeti's dream wheels...

So, I've decided to take my work back underground.... to stop it falling into the wrong hands

Don't worry about the locks on the 1.1L fiesta, the Moss alarm will do the trick.

A mate had a Fiesta so basic only the drivers door had a speaker. I thought that surely the wiring is there for the other one, but no, a quick glance at the Haynes

confirmed they literally only put one wire in for the base model!!

Yeah the neighbours when I was a kid had an early but 'professional' wireless alarm, I remember it going off every time a taxi used their radio etc...

180 odd Mhz on the 4xxx kit, you should be fine from the next street ;)
