Hi all, 

 

System is a Eurosec CPX. 

 

Looking at replacing the Eurosec V40 PIR sensors. What's a reliable replacement with built in selectable resistors? 

 

Currently there are 5 PIR.

 

Kitchen, Lounge, Hall, Landing and garage. No pets roaming about.

I would fit Quads minimum in the house and DT in the Garage.

Thanks both. I've had a look at Optex though understand the EOL resistors is in the form of a plug in unit (PIU-J for Risco) which is an optional extra.  Not a problem and seems hassle free. 

 

Online stockists don't seem to list this PIU part to add to shopping cart so will make calls on Monday.

Take a look at Security warehouse, they stock just about everything you can think of for alarms.

Some detectors allow you to wire in 0.25W resistors across the terminals of the device, others have jumper selectors, depends on the make and model.

Lots of options but just make sure they are compatible with your panel.
